Find OEM/IAM cross-references by article number + brand. Supports IAM article numbers, OEM numbers, and EAN.

Parameters

`article`	string	required	Article number to look up — IAM (e.g. F026407123), OEM (e.g. 03L115562) or EAN. TecDoc resolves the type automatically.	`F026407123`
`brand`	string	required	Brand that owns this article number, case-insensitive (e.g. BOSCH, MANN, NGK, VOLKSWAGEN). Must match exactly.	`BOSCH`
`lang`	string	optional	Language for part names: en, ru, de (default: en)	`en`
